Class Descriptions
Pilates:
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
Fight 360:
One hour of fast paced, high intensity, cardiovascular endurance training featuring compound bag drill combinations on Focus Mitts, Muay Thai Pads, Kick Shields, and Tombstones, with intervals of Plyometrics, Kettlebells, and Core Training. This class is all striking, all the time and is guaranteed to make you sweat.

Krav Maga & Youth Krav Maga:
Come and learn the BEST self-defense system in the world! The ONLY self-defense system designed for anyone and everyone, in a high energy, high intensity, reality based program. Learn the basic strikes and defenses necessary to defend yourself in the most effective way, while in a safe environment. Learn groin kicks, front vertical kicks, straight punches, hammer fists and elbows, to name a few, as well as self-defense maneuvers from chokes and bear hugs to wrist releases and ground fighting. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat and bring you the self-confidence to stand up for yourself in every scenario. Youth Krav Maga students (ages 6-12) will also learn all the necessary Krav Maga combatives to protect against bullying and/or abduction in an easy to learn, fun, and safe environment.
